    The receptionist think they are mini GP's and ask so many questions and have not a clue what they are talking about. The service is utmost appalling. Secondly when you are on the phone you hear so much background noise, including staff taking to each other (laughing, giggling) foot steps and worse patients records been discussed. I have spoken to practice manager regarding the above on few occasions, sadly did not keep record of this. She is also incapable and fails to ring back when when she says she will. All in all practises like this bring shame to the NHS!!!.

The receptionist ask questions to help you with queries however if they have asked something which is not relevant then please let us know. We took your concern about the background noise seriously and will take action.     Very poor experience with the doctor who gave little to non explanation of how to use the treatment or when, and the worst part is that the treatment has only made the matter much worst as I also stated to the doctor but he completely didn’t acknowledge this & waffled his way out of it.

    I arrived 30 min early, And was seen a little earlier than my scheduled appointment. Overall, the experience was good, very helpful and informative. The only issue was parking.

    I had a medical review for my father. The pharmacist was very thorough and attentive and addressed all my concerns and helped solve the issues I was currently facing with my prescription requests. My experience in this one appointment was much better than what I have been facing with this surgery recently. The pharmacist really understands patient care and I walked away from this appointment finally feeling heard.

    111 had referred me to be contacted by my GP to avoid long waits in a&e. I missed the initial call and returned the call 5minutes later. Receptionists informed me on all 3 occasions throughout the day when I chased up that the GP would definitely call back at the end of their clinic. 7.30pm and no call has been received and the surgery is now closed. There is a reason 111 asked the GP to touch base with me. Where is the duty to care here? Getting an appointment directly with the surgery is always a nightmare. Absolutely disappointing that the doctor did not find it important to call back before heading home for the weekend giving I called back on numerous occasions meaning I now have to go to 111 again. I would not recommend this surgery going forward as there’s always a different doctor seeing you and no understanding of patient history. Not one to write reviews but I feel if you want good care this isn’t the place to be registered.

    It has been terrible since moving from gladstone ave. The covid period has made it worse. Now cant get an appointment and was told ill get dr to call after days of waiting with earache. Told between 12 and 2pm waited patiently. Called reception after waiting in queue to be told dr called 1.21pm! Then told by receptionist that shes put on system to dr thats it! When i asked when receive call back she doesnt know nor was bothered. I asked if i can call back to find out when she then said call after an hour. Patient care seems last on the minds here and they like to keep you guessing rather than informing. Really disappointed as now i feel old and vulnerable with a gp that is difficult to access and provides inadequate advice that ive almost given up with their labourious procedures and non face to face appointments!

    I called on Monday morning because I had been sent a text for a medication review & Blood pressure check. I called and spoke to a receptionist who supposedly booked in an appointment for today (08/06/22) @ 11.30am. It's normally very difficult to get an appt to see a doctor at the best of times but generally you have to wait a few weeks. I went to the surgery this morning and it turns out that my appointment had not actually been booked in! This is not the first time that this has happened and it was extremely important to me to actually have my BP checked. I find this practice to be extremely lax at times, some GP's that I have seen in the past have been very uncaring. I am aware that GP's are extremely overworked and under pressure at present but it does not excuse staff not doing their job properly.
