    I have tried repeatedly to get an appointment for an ongoing condition and this has proved almost impossible. They close the online form request for triage and point you to Livi online GP service but when you try to access Livi it says no appointments available. Very disappointing for a large practice with significant public resources.

    Dear patient Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the difficulties you've had accessing an appointment. We are currently experiencing high demand, which can affect the availability of both our online triage system and the LIVI service. We want to clarify that our practice is available by telephone during our opening hours, and our team will always do their best to help you access the care you need. LIVI is an additional service we offer to help ease demand on the practice and provide more flexibility for patients, but it does have limited availability and is not intended to replace direct access to the practice. We appreciate how frustrating this situation must be, especially when managing an ongoing condition, and we are actively working to improve access across all routes.     The GP was kindly and helpful, and referred me promptly for onward treatment. We are registered with Livi and they're great for most issues, but it's essential to see a GP in person when an examination is needed.

    Our son is terminally ill and every so often he needs some input from the practice. We can't thank all of you enough for the care, understanding and efficiency we have experienced from you all. He has a couple of issues at the moment which need to be addressed and after filling out the Econsult, which is easy to do, we got an appointment today for him very promptly. You should be so proud of your high standards and quality of care. We are so grateful to you for everything you do for him, as his parents, it helps to make our lives a bit easier with the reassurance that we have you there for all of us. Thank you all so much.

    I had to phone for triage and was assisted by a lovely lady who was so kind and helpful. She made me feel that I really mattered spent time listening and then within 15 mins I was phoned with an appt to come into the surgery . I was so impressed I felt I had to praise the service. Thank you

    In failing to manage the triage thingy I spoke to reception option 1, not only did she do it for me but the next day I was given an appointment for a check up and a face to face doctors appointment within 10 days. So helpful and kind, can't ask for more. Wonderful practice.

    Have just been told I have to wait 1 mth for a 2min phone call appointment. Utterly disgusting, that's not even my own personal doctor. I know and they know full well those waiting times for a phone call appointment are not acceptable but the staff and especially receptionist don't care. They priorise who they like to the front of their waiting list and have unprofessional personal opinions of the patients.

    I recently had a nurse who conducted my first smear test. She was very compassionate and professional and made my experience much more comfortable.

    If I thought I might get better treatment from another surgery, in my area, I would change. It took the surgery two months, to adjust the dosage of one of my heart medications. This was after (supposedly) "not receiving" three different communications from two different cardiac departments. I also passed in a copy of a letter, from my heart surgeon, that the surgery requested. Two weeks later, still no change. Had to highlight this fact in a "special medication request", before they actually did anything. All you get are the same excuses. If you complain too much, they won't treat you at all! How on Earth did they get a "Good" CQC rating. Mind-boggling.
