I recently had a nurse who conducted my first smear test. She was very compassionate and professional and made my experience much more comfortable.

If I thought I might get better treatment from another surgery, in my area, I would change. It took the surgery two months, to adjust the dosage of one of my heart medications. This was after (supposedly) "not receiving" three different communications from two different cardiac departments. I also passed in a copy of a letter, from my heart surgeon, that the surgery requested. Two weeks later, still no change. Had to highlight this fact in a "special medication request", before they actually did anything. All you get are the same excuses. If you complain too much, they won't treat you at all! How on Earth did they get a "Good" CQC rating. Mind-boggling.

Once again Saltash Medical Centre came up trumps. Unfortunately both my wife and I have to make frequent demands on the health service due to age and medical needs.We have found staff friendly and helpful, and have managed to resolve the numerous issues thanks to the staff and clinicians. Many thanks to you all for a job very well done.

I have just tried to make an appointment for a PSA test regarding prostate cancer. I waited on the phone for 10 minutes only to have the phone put down on me as it answered, meaning I had to rejoin the queue. This is costly in both time and money and gives you a poor reputation

Attended for blood pressure and blood test checks. On time and very efficiently carried out. Made to feel important by the nurse. The practice is to be congratulated on it's caring approach, especially to the elderly. My wife and I are both in our eighties werentreated very well.

It is usually easier and quicker to get an on-line appointment with a Livi GP. They can deal with many issues quickly and efficiently. I downloaded the Livi App and registered with them some while back but didn't need to use it for a while. when I did, I got an appointment the same day. The GP was excellent and issued a prescription there and then, which I collected that afternoon from my local pharmacy. That's fantastic service - by any standards. I recommend Livi to everyone who has access to a computer or mobile phone. The Practice is under heavy pressure - due to Covid, an aging population etc etc, so it is brilliant that they offer patients the free Livi App.

Received fabulous advice and support when attending an appointment for Bloods and BP 20th May. Friendly and approachable with excellent communication.
