I am not one to visit my GP often, and hearing press reports about how broken the NHS is, I was extremely surprised and relieved that I was given a same day GP appointment on two separate occasions. very efficient and caring service.

I was extremely impressed by the consultation I was able to book to see a GP yesterday. I was seen by a very knowledgeable GP who listened actively and conducted a thorough physical check which ensured I was reassured as to the cause of my painful hip. I was able to refer to a very helpful list of ways of improving the situation which was sent immediately by text. My medication was discussed and prescribed for me to take away from the pharmacy. We are indeed lucky to have the GP service at Rylands surgery. Thank you once again.

Throughout the last year my husband has been suffering with extreme back pain which has now been diagnosed as severe osteoporosis. We want to thank our GP for her outstanding support and professionalism as she has provided pain relief, test referrals and swift feedback at all stages. We were particularly grateful to her for taking the time to send reassurance regarding key tests when she was officially on leave. Our GP has excellent skills in patient care which have helped us to navigate a worrying time. Other colleagues at the Rylands Practice have also been extremely helpful and we wish to thank everyone involved in my husband’s care. We realise that the National Health Service is under enormous pressure and have therefore felt it important to pass on our thanks at this time. You are appreciated, you do make a great difference in people’s lives. To our wonderful GP and the team around her, many thanks!

Fast , efficient, thorough and courteous. The NHS at its very best. Tge whole process from booking through to appointment was seamless and fast. A great example of how it should be.

Saw GP promptly. Very thorough taking tests etc. Polite and explained procedures undertaken at time of appointment and also, way forward for further investigations, if required. Overall, very impressed with duty of care.

Very fast appointment, Saw a lovely female doctora very good GP she listened to me explain the reason I had attended surgery and examined me and explained what was the matter and arranged treatment I would not hesitate to see this doctor again , reception team very helpful as always

I have to visit the doctors regularly last couple of years with health issues and I'm always waiting way?passed my time very rare I'm ever seen on time. Yesterday saw me sat waiting for over 1 hour. The room was cold and no1 came to tell us they was running late I had to check with the desk staff. The receptionist aren't the friendliest either when asked a question they seem annoyed youv had to ask them. Once seen the doctor was very good just shame about the cold wait

Had a routine appointment to review my blood test results. Whilst there I raised a couple of other issues. The lady doctor was both professional and very personable. A thoroughly enjoyable and productive appointment, and I made a point of saying to the Doctor how nice it was to have met her as I left.

I was relieved to be able to see a professional on the same morning as I enquired. The Urgent Care Practioner dealt with my problem in a thorough way and prescribed a course of antibiotics which are starting to take effect and easing the pain and discomfort that I was experiencing.
