Patronising, dismissive. Demand the patient to do all the leg work and openly refuse advice. I have to lie each time to get through the online booking system that otherwise keeps on advising me to attend emergency (?). Unfortunately until the GP diagnoses me I cannot use any pharmacy services or a private provider.

If you wish to have some help with using the E-consult service we will happily provide this for you. If you wish to know more about the services available at the practice ie the practice pharmacist, first contact physiotherapist, care co-ordinator or how we can arrange a consultation with a community pharmacist for certain minor ailments we are happy to discuss this with you. Never struggle to get an appointment. All staff is helpful and friendly. Everything is explained in detail. Drs call when they say they will. Appointments run on time.

I used the online econsult system to get a callback from my gp. This worked efficiently. I received my gp callback and was then offered a face to face appointment.
