    My Gp who I have been with for 10 years is brilliant. He listens and takes every concern seriously, always does what's needed and goes above and beyond. Better than any other Dr I have seen, my children also like him and hes very good with them. Although it can be hard to get an appointment, when really needed I have always been called or seen. The receptionists are hit and miss sometimes they are really understanding and helpful and other times we get a rude one that gives me anxiety to call.

    I have been trying to get an appointment or failing that a telephone call with my gp for months without success. My Dr is fully booked for the oncoming fortnight on a continuing basis and I am told I just have to phone back as I can’t book an appointment in 3 weeks. Local people tell me the only way to get an appointment is to queue outside the med. centre at 8am in the morning, which is difficult to do if you work. It shouldn’t be like this.

    Unfortunately both excellent GPs I was registered with have left the practice. Getting an appointment is no easy task & requires ringing on the day. My complete dissatisfaction is with the attitude of some the reception staff & one in particular can be exceptionally rude. The Practice web site is inadequate e.g it did not provide details of flu clinic sessions requiring me to call & hold on for 25 minutes to enquire. Surely having this type of info on the web site would save everyone’s time?!

    I am new to this practice and have been very impressed with the service l have received. The staff are polite and welcoming. The practice seems well organised.
