   Having visited the Practice on a number of accessions during May I experienced excellent service from Reception to Doctors. Time was taken to listen to my concerns and as a consequence I received the appropriate treatment. Part of my interaction was on-line via the triage facility, here I could provide details on my medical progress. However whilst I found in mutually beneficial to both myself and the Doctors, I would not wish this to be the main form of interaction.
