    I had an appointment with a nurse today and she was fantastic. One of the best experiences with a nurse and/or doctor. I was very nervous and she was understanding and extremely helpful. Thank you!

    During my visit I was made to feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Everything was explained very clearly and the practitioner was very caring throughout my visit. I am very happy with the care I have received. Thank you

    The nurses and practice manager have been extremely helpful with my treatment. They have been professional, friendly and gone the extra yard to make sure I get the best possible treatment.

    The nurse was very friendly and patient. Understood the appointment was for a painful visit and did an amazing job keeping my son comfortable and happy.

    Asked for medical letter to produce to the council…was charged £33 for this service and then told after repeated requests that it would take up to 8 weeks to produce the letter….irrespective of the urgency to get the letter to the council…

    Although the Askmygp service may seem a bind, you always manage to speak to a clinician the same day. It may not necessarily be the person you want to speak to but help is there

    Thank you for your message, all of our Ask my GP contacts are reviewed in our daily multi-disciplinary meeting where the contacts are triaged to the appropriate member of the clinical team. I am glad to hear you feel help is there.

    I took my 3 year old for his pre-school immunisations, having recently moved to the village. Wow! The nurse was exceptional. I’ve never had an experience like it. Thank you!

    I called to schedule an appointment for abdominal pain that I've had for over a week and the receptionist kept referring me to the online askmygp and refusing to do anything else. What's worse is that apparently you can only submit for appointments after GP hours, so I have to wait until 6pm to request an appointment and hope that they get back to me. This doesn't seem to be the best way to take care of patients...

    Dear anonymous, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear you disappointment with the appointment systems at the Practice. I am more than happy to discuss your concerns, if you would like to contact me. Our clinical staff triage all requests via the online portal Ask My GP. The triage system is to ensure the appropriate patients have the appropriate member of the team - this could be our team or signposting to other more appropriate agencies such as community pharmacy, dentist etc The online service is open from 6.30pm - 9am Monday to Friday. I am sorry you felt your need needed urgent action, rather than the online service. I will address with our patient navigator manager to see if the patient service team can recall your contact - and review any training needs.
