   A huge thank you to the doctors, nurses and reception staff for your kindness and care following my recent diagnoses with cancer. I couldn't have been in better hands. Thanks to your prompt action I am now in the clear. Happy Christmas all the best for 2024.

   They never answer the phone. The reception staff never pays attention to what they are told, ask you the same question over and over again. Reception staff are borderline rude. The doctors are disconnected and show no empathy or care. The only persons you can have a sensible conversation is the nursing staff who are overworked.
