Had to go to practice today to have bloods taken as no appointments at my practice in crawcrook, appointment on time and friendly , professional staff xxx

Originally husband and I booked for flu jabs with two separate nurses. My nurse saw we were together, with two young grandchildren. She took us all together and was very friendly and patient with the children. Although just booked for flu jab, nurse spotted I was eligible for a pneumonia jab, so gave me that to save me having to make a separate appointment.

Self check in. Met a new practitioner. She was welcoming, considerate and very professional. All seemed fine. Took about 10 mins from entering to leaving.

Appointment was more or less on time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Seems to be far less red tape and a more personal experience here than most I’ve been to.

All very efficient. Whole experience for flu jab lasted less than three minutes. Nothing else to say.

First time visiting the surgery for flu Vaccination, after booking in was taken immediately to nurse she was very friendly and professional, my husband who does not like injections was put at ease by her professionalism and care

Attended for a flu jab. Auto registration was straightforward. I only had to wait about 4 minutes before I was called in.

Attended for ’flu jab. Easy to book appointment on line and received reminder text the previous day. Was attended to immediately by friendly staff. No problems at all.
