My wife & self have both received excellent treatment this February. Doctors & their colleagues went out of their way to make time to see us on different occasions, providing great care and follow up. In our opinion Rother House is just the Best and we felt compelled to acknowledge this. Many Thanks.

I asked for my prescription to be changed a month in advance and was told it had been changed on the system by the receptionist. Come the following month my medication was sent to the wrong place and when I phoned in I was told that there was nothing they could do because it had already been dispensed. I don't see how this is my problem. I did everything I could on my side but now I am the one who sits without medication that is supposed to be taken daily

I very rarely visit a GP but recently found I needed to. I called the practice and was called back by GP the same day, she listened to me and immediately arranged for further test, followed up with results and further investigations within a week. All the staff I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking to at the surgery were pleasant, helpful, listened and explained things helped relieve any stress I had. I would recommend this practice to others.
