    Called At 9oclock to ask questions I was told my blood test request Was on ice I could go to hospital and have bloods taken .when I arrived I was told they were not on ice and to call surgery back .I was no 3 in the queue for 20minutes and oon hold 33minutes in total..i was then told There was no request and didn't know why I was told there was . How could she give me an answer what wasn't even there .?????? Regards p kimber

    Two days I a row have been online to book an appointment at 930 and none available how you ment to see a doctor

    You cannot book routine appointments easily. You have to be up at 930am and hope that the 30 minute hold on the line doesn't cut off your opportunity to book. God help you if you are working or have plans when you do get through because it'll be bad news 99% of the time. There is no blaming the staff, they are all lovely, but the system of how the management run the service is so deranged. Feel bad for the medical and reception staff because they are the ones who get shouted abuse when it isn't their fault, it's the management who hide behind their desks and don't take the responsibility. Can't tell you how the physical facilities are. Haven't been able to see it beyond seeing the reception area. / Bad management, no appointments, staff are fine.

    I tried to do an e-consult, but it was turned in out-of-hours mode and closed despite it being 2pm on a wednesday afternoon. I messaged the reception, and tried calling, but the phone was cut off and reception said they can't talk to anyone today! Where do patients go for non-urgent treatment as 111 can only refer you to your gp?
