I joined up to this surgery after recently moving to the area, however when trying to book an appointment for an urgent issue was told that there would be no appointments for 3/4 weeks. I was told I would be put on the triage list and someone would call me back. Several hours later I merely received a test message to book in for some bloods, with no phone call with a doctor. I then had to escalate the matter via 111, which they managed to put me through to the Director of the surgery, and she advised she could only “squeeze” me in the following week. I advised them I was flying out to Spain the following week, they said they would be able to complete the appointment over the phone - 3 weeks later. After 3 weeks, they attempted to call for the appointment but this was during the power outage in Spain, and couldn’t get through. I shortly received a text message to advise if my symptoms continued to call for a new appointment. I’m not waiting another 3 weeks, for a similar service. Have now moved to another GP in the area.

The Covid booster clinic was very busy in the afternoon but all staff involved were very cheerful and helpful after what must have been a very busy morning session.

Seen on time by a female GP (sorry I can't remember her name). I was treated with respect and felt listened to. The GP made great efforts to understand my problem and reviewed my medical history. Was prescribed medication at 4pm and it was ready to collect by 2pm at the pharmacy of my choice. Great service.

I had a minor emergency today and the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful and the nurse I saw was great. A really efficient, friendly service. Thank you

Registrar who spoke to me recently was really patient, understanding, supportive and helpful. The Practice have always been amazing with my Mother who turned 100 this year. We are both lucky to be registered with Rolle Medical Partnership

Attended for flu and covid jabs. No waiting, friendly, professional and warm reception with a clear explanation of the possible side effects. In and out in 5 minutes.

I had a Covid and flu vaccine yesterday morning. Everything was really well organised efficient and pleasant. Staff were well versed in running a clinic for many people.
