Let’s call our doctor, Doctor a for reference. My child has been having respiratory issues for the last year, after several visits to a&e and many trials of various pumps, medication etc nothing was working. We were booked an appointment with Doctor a, who listened very attentively to all of my concerns, they took down every little detail from when the issue started up until present day. They spoke to my child about how it was effecting them and made them feel heard. This was very reassuring as a parent but also for my child who has had to deal with these issues for such a long time. Doctor a, gave us a new plan of action, arranged for x-rays and various other appointments coming up in the pipeline. No rock was left unturned. They assured me we would get a resolution which was a huge relief. After two weeks of seeing my child Doctor a wanted another appointment to see if there was any progress. My child has made so much progress their breathing has improved massively, they are sleeping better, eating better, able to participate in sports that were causing an issue prior to seeing Doctor a. Doctor a, was also delighted with the progress my child had made they looked so happy that we were finally on the right track to getting a diagnosis. As a parent, our children are always our biggest priority and there is nothing worse than when they are poorly. Doctor a has delivered exceptional service, they have made us feel valued and heard. They were kind, empathetic and caring. Thank you so much!

We’ve been registered at the this Practice for over 5 years and typically we have good experience with them. Sometimes it can be tricky to obtain an appointment but the staff try their best to manage that. We urgently need an appointment and we were able to get one on the same day.

I have been seeing the pharmacist for a couple of months now and can say it’s one of the best experiences I have had. She was clear in her guidance and explained everything to me very clearly.

The practice uses an automatic call back system which has worked very well for me, no need to keep hanging on the phone waiting to get through when trying to make an appointment. The last 2 occasions when I have used this, I found this to be very helpful. Everyone working at the practice has been caring and efficient and the GP‘s I‘ve seen have provided prompt care, explained treatment options and had a helpful attitude throughout. I also like that the practice is able to undertake minor surgical procedures which prevents the need to travel elsewhere for these. Admin/reception staff have always been courteous and my last 2 face to face appointments with a GP took place on time with minimal waiting. In addition, a pharmacist is attached to the practice who can undertake medication reviews and can advise on medication options. I am happy to recommend this practice as providing a good level of care and a comprehensive range of services.

I am not really able to give an experience review. I have not yet needed to see or speak to a GP, other than for a vaccination, since joining the pratice 6 months ago.

Staff were willing to listen and help. I requested some pain killers for my slipped discs and trapped nerve. I received a call back. The person I spoke to had already looked at my notes and my previous MRI scan and was able to discuss with me my problem. She went into careful detail not only talking me through the painkilling drugs but my condition overhaul and managed to give me good advice regarding my arthritis. Very reassuring, and was not rushed at all.....
