My husband recently has been quite ill with an infection and I cannot thank the surgery and doctor's who have cared for him and myself during a difficult time. The doctor's we have seen could not have been more helpful and proffessional, which really is all anyone can ask for. I have the greatest respect for this whole Practice as everyone is both friendly yet so on the ball in all they do! Thank you all for helping us through this time and for the caring and courteous way you have listened to our worries. I cannot believe how lucky we are when I listen to other people complaining about their surgerys, we are truely blessed. Thank you all from the top to the bottom for your help and support. You just keep getting better!

Once again met my 4 year old need. Quick telephone response after 3 calls, got an emergency GP appt for today at a time that was around working hours. So glad I moved to this practice. They have been nothing but excellent.

As s result of recent blood tests showing anemia and B12 deficiency I was very promptly referred for bowel investigation. Roby Medical are a lovely practice and everyone is very pleasant and professional

Was attending today as a carer for a member of the family with memory issues about a concern she had. The staff were so welcoming to both of us. When we went into the doctor he was so gentle at getting to the heart of her worries. Service was as ever top notch and I was able to get her home feeling that her worries had and would be followed on.

I have called the surgery a couple of times to request medication for my mum following her operation . Every interaction I have had with the team has been positive and my queries have been dealt with efficiently. The phones are answered promptly and the reception staff have a lovely caring way and show compassion . The reception team should be really proud of the work they do as it’s a difficult job which is often overlooked . Well done ! I would definitely recommend to family and friends in fact my mum has done and my brother and her sister have recently registered

Have had excellent experience with this practice I have just seen my GP and she gave me a full examination which made me feel reassured she also arranged for my bloods to be take in surgery and prescription sent to by pharmacy.

I have a few on going health issues, I found the Doctor treating me listened to my concerns and quickly sorted out tests etc and I feel much better for it. The reception staff are also very helpful finding me appointments and are always polite.

I attended and found the staff very thorough, professional and caring. My appointment was to schedule. I was offered follow ups appointment for bloods. I felt reassured. I can access to have bloods taken.

I sent a short message 2 months after registering with this new surgery. I wanted to enquire the best way to go about booking a hormonal blood test. The response I received was literally “once and done” the agent who handles my enquiry (via Facebook messenger (out of hours) as my day at work 8am-6pm leaves me little time to make calls) responded with an appointment for the next day. Sort of gave up on gp’s over the last few years but this support today has more than exceeded expectation. I would never expect a response outside of 9-5pm but really appreciated the help I got. I also asked for support to set up NHS app which hadn’t initially worked. Lo and behold I received a call a few hours later and we fixed it. Absolutely 10/10 where such a score is deserved. So happy with the service I have had. Thanks Roby Medical Centre ❤️

I attended the practice yesterday to see a doctor for a complex matter as a new patient. I was slightly nervous as I haven’t had the best experience at my last practice and decided to move to this practice as the best doctors from my last surgery now work here. I saw a doctor I haven’t met before and I have to say she was outstanding, she put me at ease immediately with a friendly welcoming smile and the polite and professional way she listened to me, discussed next steps with me and then followed through with me after the appointment exactly as she said she would. I feel so glad I moved to this practice, my only regret is I didn’t move sooner. I hope the practice can please pass on my sincere thanks to the doctor who I saw yesterday (I can’t put the doctors name in this review unfortunately as it isn’t allowed but I hope this does make its way back to the doctor involved). Outstanding doctor and front and back office staff!
