Its such a shame that doctors have lost the care side of things i never or very really bother the doctors but some thing worried me just didn't think what had was normal rung the surgery to be told i cant be seen a doctor but i can have a phone call in three days time really disappointed not to worry its happening every where

Called to ask for an appointment told would be called back later . Received a call back later to say no one was available to speak to me for 2 days and that it would be a nursing practitioner . This isn’t the first time . Do they actually employ any doctors

My elderly parents are registered with this surgery and have found it almost impossible to get a doctors appointment.

I calked the surgery for an appointment but there were none available but I told the receptionist that I had surgery and I was concerned about a lump and the lovely receptionist put me straight down for a call back. The receptionist then called me back as the doctor wanted me to be seen. I was booked in an hour or so later to see the resident paramedic. What a wonderful woman she is!!! After diagnosing me correctly she spoke to the doctor who also came in to see me. The lovely receptionist waved me a cheery goodbye as I left. I received first class treatment and returned home feeling confident the problem had been treated promptly and given the right medication and advice for me to continue my recovery. Amazing surgery full of amazing people.

I had a problem with my nose and it was blocked all the time. They made an appointment with the doctor that as a ENT specialist in the practice and he diagnosed polyps. The medication reduced the problem very quickly and I have been given a spray to control them while I wait for an appointment with the hospital. An outstanding service from all

I recently registered with the practice and just had my first appointment. The service I received, really was second to none and i can really say that, I couldn't have had a better consultation and experience. From the very helpful and friendly receptionist to the doctor, who took the time to listen to my health issues then explain the way forward, with a my health care. Excellent.
