We are so lucky to have Riverbank in Midhurst - it is a very efficient surgery, especially eith the triage system, with kind receptionists and you always see your own GP unless it is an emergency and your own GP is not working that day

Receptionist - pleasant, prompt and focussed. Nurses - cheerful, efficient, accessible doctor - humanly warm, efficient and attentive.

My appointment was on time. The nurse was extremely efficient, polite and generally superb. Blood was taken with my hardly feeling a thing.

My wife and I have been very well looked after by our doctor at the surgery, who is always quick to get back to us and thorough with her care and in explaining things and the options. We feel very fortunate to have her as our doctor and to be at this practise. Many thanks!

I had a blood test last tuesday and as usual it is almost imposible for my veins to allow this action. The team helped, the nurse and then the medical team helped, with lost of patience and being polite, undestanding and very kind; eager to help and very welcoming. Many thanks for your help.

Dear Riverbank Medical, With thanks I was reminded by text that I needed to get my annual blood work done to ensure that I am on the correct medication. I called shortly after receiving the text and was offered a blood test the following morning at 09:00. I was told that my GP will call in the next couple of days if the results were alarming. That afternoon my NHS profile was updated with some of the results and the following morning the remainder of the results were available for my review. I am truly thankful for this most efficient service and not to mention receiving the results in such a timely manner which avoids any unnecessary concern or worry. I have always had exceptional service at Riverbank Medical Centre and I will not hesitate in recommending your professional, timely and helpful services. Yours sincerely, Elisabeth
