The practice is really good but I had an encounter with a very rude nurse whose car had blocked everyone in the car park for 30 minutes and she didn't notify anyone. She then became very hostile and rude. I would not recommend driving to your appointment.

Tablets missed off my fathers prescription by the GPPut in a repeat prescription again via the pharmacy.I had to constantly chase the the practice as my father needed the tablets urgently .Receptionist rude and did not care. So went to the surgery and the prescription was still not done and was told by a VERY rude receptionist that I could not wait in the surgery for the doctor to sign my prescription and was asked to leave.I have been a patient as this surgery for many many years and I am shocked to find that standards at this surgery have gone so appallingly low. The staff at the pharmacy are much more caring.
