    Tried numerous times to get through to renew my fit note got through gone 4pm only to be told it will take a week for it to be renewed cos they don't have time... OMG it would take 5 or 10 mins to complete it..only been at this surgery for a 3 wks or so but truly not impressed... so far...

    Cannot get through on the phone they are not answering it does not matter what time you ring no one picks it up

    Was referred back to Ripley medical centre for dressing for my head was told that they have got no one available in the near future so I have got a open wound on my head which is bleeding constantly i have been told it could be cancer still waiting for results trying to treat it myself finding it difficult as i am 85
