Today husband made a phone call receptionists said he has a telephone appointment before 12. It gets to 12:30 and we call again they said doctor had spoken to him then we told them adamantly she didn't speak to my husband the receptionists laughed and said oh doctors had wrong phone number and spoke to someone else and said a his appointment will happen soon... rang at 3pm to ask for an update again doctors will call at some point. Again called at 4:45 explained everything happened they said doctors close at 6pm I asked but his appointment will definitely happen before they close for the receptionists to say she now cannot guarantee so when I told her we have recorded all the times spoken to multiple staff that have lied today her response was well your not allowed to record and we record call anyways. This has also happened previously a few months back the exact thing and no call was ever made and ended up in hospital. This practise should not be allowed to still be open no care at all. Rude receptionists and so unhelpful.

I have been registered with this practice for 10 years and during that time have been consistently impressed with the standard of GPs and nurses there. Today, after requesting an appointment online, within 5 minutes I was texted back with an appointment for the same afternoon. I met their new paramedic, who very competently dealt with my daughter’s likely whooping cough. Thank you again Richmond Medical Group!

This is a great practice. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the nurses and doctors really listen. I’ve recently seen two of the paramedics and they are brilliant - they are thorough and great at explaining things in a way that makes sense.

After moving from another practice, this was a breath of fresh air. The front desk dealt efficiently with an urgent request, and the GP was thoughtful and methodical.
