    Have had tests today at the hospital and within an hour had a reply from my dr that all clear! What a caring and dedicated practise it is. My friends are all envious of the care I continue to receive. Thankyou for everything that you do.

    The appointment system is diabolical, if you carry on trying you might get lucky, and then you have to wait with phone in hand for the best part of the day to get a call back from the doctor. The Practice certainly do not make it easy for you to get access to treatment.

    Dear valued patient, thank you for your recent posting which I will be sharing with the GP Partners. Our appointments on the day are taken up within minutes of our lines opening. We have recently re introduced pre bookable appointments. Please ask a receptionist to make you any future appointments you would like. Thank you

    The staff are very rude here. Yet they are supposed to feel better. I've personally have been waiting for a letter since before Feb about my conditions and I still haven't received.
