    Rang for a doctor late morning was told to ring back the following day,couldn't even speak to a doctor or nurse.absolutely appalling service. Considering changing practioners

    Never able to book an appointment in advance,have to hopefully book on the day,but not guaranteed an appointment, have to wait a long long time to get through to the surgery by telephone, rude staff

    Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us following your contact with the practice last month. Patient feedback is extremely important as it helps us to evaluate and make changes to services where required. I’m sorry that you did not feel the service met your needs on this occasion. The practice does provide a number of pre-bookable appointments as well as same day bookable appointments for urgent medical matters every day. Like many practices we are currently experiencing pressures on appointments. To remedy this we are actively trying to recruit additional GPs to join the practice which will allow us to increase our appointment capacity. Some patients prefer to use our online triage service for arranging non-urgent medical appointments or for admin requests.     The recepionsist have no clue what they are doing. Several times I have had appointments changed as they have been 'booked with the wrong staff' and they expect me to wait longer for the correct type of appointment. Or what is worse, they ask me to go to Somerset Bridge and pay out of pocket for problems that are not my fault. Surely the reception staff know what staff do what types of appointments, but apparently not. People then get moaned at when they ask for an appointment to be brought forward. Patients do not book the appointments so it is not their fault that things go wrong and they should not be forced to wait for something that is not their fault

    My son filled out the form to register two weeks later i tried to book him an appointment to be told their wasn't any appointment left but he was now registered! Two weeks later I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get him a same day appointment to be told he wasn't registered yet !!! Spoke to the manager who just talked over me then put the phone down! Shocking service, there rudeness is only surpassed by their confidence

    Receptionist are very unhelpful practice manager very unprofessional didn’t call as was asked left me without pain medication for osteoarthritis and hypertension medication , had no medication for 10 days now in agony and still not resolved my only choice now is to change surgery after 70 years ,the doctors are very good if the receptionist allow you to get past them and actually make an appointment for you

    Had a horrifying interaction with staff who shall remain nameless. The practice does not allow disabled patients to do things that are comfortable for them, instead, they force disabled customers to do things they are physically unable to do. Appointments never run on time and when asked if they can run appointments on time, patients are screamed at and belittled by practice staff. Extremely rude staff. Need a new manager who is not so rude and arrogant. Urgent customer service training needed for all staff

    Waited three weeks for telephone consultation Was told it would be some time after 2pm Waited until 4.45 proper out to garage quickly But missed call called the surgery and was told That I had been crossed off the list for doctor To phone again because they are far to busy.do not Understand what is happening to this practice? It was always one of the best now would think it is the worst Need new staff very quickly

    I was moved to Redgate following my GP Practice closing. Since I have moved I needed to talk to someone on two occasions and on both times I've been let down. The first time I filled in a form on the NHS app as I was feeling a bit down, a nurse called and prescribed my anti depressants and was told they would call back in 3 weeks - I never received a follow up call. When I called them, the receptionist had to do a review - I have since stopped taking them! I called 111 because of an issue, spoke to a lovely Nurse who said they would refer me to my Dr to have bloods taken to find the cause, and that I would receive a call the next day. The next day came and no call! I phoned the surgery to be told I was on the list... still no call came. In my opinion all of my symptoms are leading me back to being peri-menopausal... all I need is a blood test to confirm. This surgery isn't giving me the time of day! If I am wrong, I could have a serious problem. I don't even have to see a Dr, a nurse will be fine or even a HCA... In my opinion this surgery does not care about it's patients. It's sad and disappointing.
