    My mother uses this practise, she is an old woman, she can't get through on the telephone to book an appointment over the phone. Please help

    It is a good practise for being seen by a GP given that you can get through on their phone line, you can ring all morning and still not manage to arrange an appointment. This is the only issue I have with this practise.

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback I'm sorry you have had difficulty in getting through to the practice today. We are aware this can be a problem after a long bank holiday break such as Easter We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for our services. This is reflected in the extremely high volume of calls we are receiving. It is our intention along with support from our Integrated Care Board to review our telephone system. Options may be available to introduce a queuing system or call back feature to keep your place in the queue to improve patient experience Once again, I'm sorry that you have had difficulty getting through Kind regards Louise New Practice Manager
