Went to see my Gp Thursday as I was in a lot of pain and very worried. Doctor listened carefully to my concerns and reassured me. Helped me with some strong pain relief until I can be referred. Came out feeling far more peace of mind. As well as relived.

Once again had to attend the surgery and once again everyone from my Doctor to the reception staff were helpful and extremely caring. Really appreciate all they do !!

Would highly recommend Rawnsley Surgery. Always feel at ease, all the staff are lovely, very friendly and always helpful, excellent service everytime,thankyou to them all

I tried to make a telephone consultation and spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get through. When I did finally get through I was informed that all appointments had been taken as the surgery was closed from 12.30 for Staff Training. Why was this not posted on the webpage of the surgery? I find it almost impossible to get an necessary appointment nowadays.

Attended the GP with my daughter this morning. The GP knows our family so well and is always so supportive. The GP has looked after our family for years now and always makes the time to ensure every need is met at the appointment. I would recommend to anyone.

I have seen my main doctor who I have had since I was a newborn. My Dr never fails to help me with any concern I have regarding my physical or mental health. I know by seeing my named gp my mind will be at ease a little more after the appointment. I choose to wait longer for an appointment with my gp as I feel most comfortable with the care and practice. My gp has always treated me with respect throughout my care at the surgery. I am thankful and lucky to have a doctor like this who I know I can speak with openly and honestly about any concern. After my appointment today I feel more settled and focused on a plan with my health going forward. My doctor is a asset to this team.

I attended my Diabetic foot check. Excellent service. Currently suffering extreme pain down my left arm. Trapped nerves in my shoulder managed to see the physiotherapist. really grateful. Thankyou to Rawnsley surgery staff, for all your care and help. Xx
