    Just had a blood test for my son and he was petrified. The nurse was amazing. So calm and patient and encouraging. She took her time to make sure he didn’t feel pressured. Another really positive experience with this surgery. Thank you so much. Other doctors (who I can’t name!) have also been amazing with myself and my boys. Always showing dedication, kindness and making me feel totally at ease. Thank you all for your hard work - I know you always go above and beyond. Sorry - I don’t remember the name of the nurse today, but I am sure she will remember my son and his rabbit teddy!

    We are so grateful for the care my father received today. A GP visited them without delay, and the experience was everything you’d hope for in a moment of worry. The doctor was kind, empathetic, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, offered clear and reassuring advice, and treated both my father and family with compassion. Their advice has since been followed and already had a positive impact. At times like these, it truly matters how patients and their loved ones are treated – and we felt completely supported. Thank you for being there when it counted most.

    Luckily I don't need to use the service very much but every time I need an appointment I usually have no issues. However on this occasion, I rang up for an appointment where I was very rudely shut down by the receptionist on the phone telling me there were no appointments and that it was emergency only. Ok fine, I called at 9am, I had a very busy morning, I said I'd call back in a couple of days. She continued to tell me in a very rude and condescending way that if it didn't call at 8am I won't get an appointment. This conversation lasted less than a minute by the end I was left in tears due to feeling a little more sensitive at that time after the way I was spoken to. I know receptionists are busy but have never had an issue like this until on this occasion where I feel she came across and just purely rude and condescending.

    I recently saw the Registrar female Doctor. She was excellent. She was aware of my past record showing cancer and took immediate action. This involved blood test, stool test, and CT scan. The complete results came back in just over 4 weeks. The results were clear of cancer cells thank goodness so I can carry on enjoying life thanks to the very caring and efficient Registrar. Thank you.

    I called to find out about travel vaccinations. The receptionist was more than helpful. She explained that my daughter could have her vaccinations at the surgery. She booked a tentative appointment and asked us to come in and complete forms. She left the relevant forms along with a print out of all my daughter’s current vaccinations. Was assured if there were any issues they will contact us. On the day the nurse was amazing, very informative and so good at giving injections my daughter didn’t feel it. This really was a great service from the initial call to the actual appointment. Very helpful and overall excellent service.
