Lost appointments, abrupt admin staff, not interested in your issues. Cannot even email the practice manager as they have not updated the system. Transferred to this practice from Bury, this has been hard work trying to sort out my existing medications and I have had to chase everything up. Avoid.

The receptionists at the practice are extremely unhelpful. Take forever to answer the phone and when they do answer, they really avoid trying to help you. I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences and I have now left this practise and moved elsewhere.

Ask my GP service at Redbank group practice Radcliffe in my opinion is hopeless. It meant be 24hr service. They shut it down before 9am saying currently unavailable for new requests. Reached capacity. Ask my GP Is a waste of time as does not provide service it should
