    On 24.2.24 I requested a letter referring me to the Nuffield as I am 95 and my knee replacement has failed and am in pain from the failed knee. The letter was ready on 15.3.24 @16.30. I was told it had been e mailed to BUPA. My appointment was at The Nuffield on 19.3.24. The letter you e mailed took 3 weeks to be sent and was not received by BUPA. As a 95 year old retired doctor, I found your service to be stressful and not reliable, as I was v concerned about not having the admin in place prior to my appointment. I feel taking 3 weeks for a referral letter is far too long.

    We can’t thank the doctor enough. She has advised and also keep us informed on a change of medication that will change our family’s wellbeing for the future. A change of a long term medication is very frightening and she has comforted and guided my family member through the process by making phone calls and sending text messages to help us through a confusing process. Thank you.

    I am very impressed with how efficient this practice is. Having received a GP phone call at 9am, bloods and ECG carried out by 12pm and face to face GP appointment same day, followed by results via text by 8.30am the following day. Friendly and professional staff.

    I have recently moved to Shrewsbury from Telford, which has sadly merged several seperate once decent regional practices into one private enterprise named Teldoc. I won't go into the reviews reflecting user experience which can be found on the NHS website, but can assure people that the service provided by Radbrook Green in what is admittedly now a severely challenged Nhs in general in the uk outshines that of Teldoc in every domain. This review following around 5 very satisfyingly handled appointments. The appointment system is indeed as perfect as it can be given the current crisis within the NHS, the reception staff are excellent in terms of their politeness and triage and all the doctors and nursing staff I have dealt with so far have been extremely professional and helpful.

    Called in yesterday to see if I could book an appointment. The wonderful receptionist got me a phone call first thing this morning after which I saw the clinician in person within two hours. Blood test taken and sent off: called back at 2pm with a scan booked at the hospital tomorrow afternoon. All this within 48 hours of walking in and all done with a smile! The NHS at its best.

    I needed advice and help with a minor complaint. Got a face-to-face appointment with a physician associate that same day and she was totally brilliant. Got me a consultant referral, a prescription and copious advice on how to deal with this. And with a smile and a reassuring manner which works wonders by itself. This GP practice is simply the best!

    I rang for a telephone appointment, and the doctor asked me to go for a face to face appointment. This was only 2 days later. I was so impressed with the kindness and efficiency of the surgery. I had also phoned to see if I could have a shingles vaccination and I was given an appointment for 2 days later. This was all extremely efficient and all the staff were friendly. It takes a while before your call is answered, but if you phone around lunchtime, you get through quicker.
