I have been in contact with the staff at Reginald Mitchell / Loomer Road for the last month, the staff who I have dealt with have been professional and extremely helpful, this is all staff, the admin staff, and all of the healthcare professionals / GP's. They couldn't have done more for me, from arranging prescriptions, imaging, offering advice and arranging a face to face appointment today. I highly recommend this friendly, professional GP surgery - Thank you to everyone who has assisted me. Furthermore, I would like to add that where I collect my prescriptions from (Butt Lane Pharmacy) have also been excellent - friendly and very helpful - Thank you both to Reginald Mitchell GP surgery / Loomer Road and Butt Lane Pharmacy.

The receptionist think there better than the doctors they can write proscriptions for patients if the doctor has done so so rude shout at you dismiss you when your talking change doctors ever week so they do know the patients so have start all over again
