Absolutely terrible doctors don’t ever join! I’m about to leave and join a new surgery even if it’s a longer journey it will be worth it. the doctors make decisions without any knowledge of you never personally meeting you evenn I’ve encountered two rude GPS I’ve encountered abruptness very unsympathetic they clearly rush you out. do you self a favour don’t join this surgery unsympathetic note to surgery you don’t have to have a physical disability to be disabled as in my case.

  2. Review titled Poor service and rude receptionist

Rated 1 star out of 5

I scheduled a telephone appt - so save time on both sides but no the opposite left with no contact now I will need to visit the surgery with this terrible inefficiency. I cannot be on my phone 24/7 so why did the doctor call 45 min before my telephone appt. Tried to get some light on this by calling th surgery to have the rudest person on the other side of the phone She would not answer if the Doctor would call back. I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appt for the Doctors telephone call. Nothing. I them missed the call 5 minutes later I respect surgery appts and always cancel If I can’t make the appt. It’s time surgeries also respect the patient time Something need to be done to Make this system efficient and someone needs to speak to the rude receptionist. She’s being paid to be rude!

  3. Review titled Rude Receptionist

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Why is nothing being done about the really rude uncompassionate receptionist. She adds to the anxiety that is experienced by patients visiting the practice. Its not her place to lecture patients about the validity of their condition. Having to go in there and converse with her is stressful. Her attitude towards patients needs to be addressed as reviews from others tell the same story. Otherwise, where is the point in reviews? I have done this anonymous as I fear discrimination against me for future appointments.

  4. Review titled Good experience

The receptionists are approachable and friendly. My new patient checkup was good and I got on well with the staff member conducting the check up. The Dr I saw on Saturday was pleasant and listened to me which is vital.

asked for a phone appointment with one doctor , told there were none left but I could get a face to face ,so i said fine thinking it was with the Dr I wanted to talk to, but no i get there and the lady had made my appointment with someone else, i was not happy I have COPD and my breathing is bad so i wanted to see the right Dr , the receptionist said it was her who made the appointment, I said yes but not with the Dr I asked for, so I said cancel it and walked out, I did swear which I shouldn't have But i was very annoyed.
