The receptionist at qmul student health service well attended to me very cordially. It was a rewarding experience.

I went here sick as a dog only to have the front desk reception be rude to me and the other patients trying to get appointments. I asked them if it would take weeks to get a doctors appointment and they said 1-3 Weeks to be approved and then have to see when appointments are after that. Beyond rude, unhelpful, and pointless. Why would a student health services take almost a month to get an appointment? What about the people who are sick now ??
