Went in for a smear test today (27/3) which no one looks forward to but the nurse was absolutely amazing! So friendly, chatty and professional, made the experience so much more manageable and it was done before I knew it! Never had a problem at the practice and would highly recommend.Thank you so much!

I have had some good visits here, some less so. But today I saw one junior doctor in particular that was fantastic, very reassuring and helpful about everything to do with my situation. I cannot fault her whatsoever so felt the need to give positive feedback. Unfortunately I am not allowed to give names here so will leave that out, but thanks a lot to her personally.

Telephoned the surgery after 3pm - consultation at 4pm - prescription sent to chemist who dispensed medicine immediately.

Wanted basic assistance from nurse who after a consultation then said couldn’t help. Had consultation prescribed contraceptive pill when picked up from pharmacy was one that had been on before and didn’t want to use again. As a temp patient refused to then help. Only a temp patient as at uni ,used to be patient and known by surgery cant go to uni surgery in summer holiday as uni campus closed

It's so refreshing to have reception staff who are friendly and go out of there way to help. Having just come out of hospital from major surgery, they rushed through my pain medication despite a mix up with the hospital notes. You get an appointment very quickly and the doctors are very friendly. Top marks 10/10

The team at Quedgeley Medical Centre are wonderful. The reception team are always really helpful when booking appointments and for another enquiries. The doctor we see is truly amazing with my children particularly my daughter who frequently has respiratory issues. She is always seen quickly and he is always so thorough and helpful in providing both treatment and reassurance. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and I feel he really deserves to be acknowledged for the care he and others there provide!
