Just been in regarding a very painful and swollen foot. I was seen after about an hour wait which is nothing compared to a&e and better than my own doctors who I can barely get hold of at all, and where appointments are rarer than rocking horse poop. My clinician, was beyond awesome. They actually took their time to examine properly, ask all the right questions and do it all while being friendly and human, which is lacking in most other places these days. I would be more than happy to travel all this way again if it meant getting more expertise and would probably ask for that staff member by name. The reception staff were also friendly and polite, again, lacking in so many places these days. Thank you.
