  1. Review titled Good practice if you can get through

by Anonymous - Posted on 03 April 2024

Good practice if you can get through. Have literally on hold for the past 4hours, and the phone just cuts out after 2hours of being on hold each time, and then I have to call again for the same thing to happen. Unfortunately, I've had to give up now as I've got other things to do than to just hold a ringing phone indefinitely!

We are very sorry for your experience. We experienced a major IT issue on Wednesday 3rd April, where we had no access to our computers or telephones between 11.15am - 5.30pm. We are now back up and running.

  2. Review titled The best GP receptionists I’ve experienced

I’m so pleased we moved to this practice. The reception team are the most helpful and friendliest I’ve ever come across. I’ve not had any issues with appointments or getting through to them.

  3. Review titled No appointments

Rated 1 star out of 5

Can’t get through on the phone. No adequate appointment times when you go in person. I am under many specialists who say I should see a GP on a monthly basis due to several health conditions but have not managed an appointment this year. Continuously offered the nurse which I don’t find helpful. In Urgent Care for the umpteenth time.

  4. Review titled Terrible practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

You can’t get through on the phone, when you do you then have to give details to reception , they then tell you there been an emergency so they can’t help. They won’t open late or on a Saturday. They say they will call then never do. As for treatment of armed forces veterans well they just don’t care.
