   After terrible experiences with Tynemouth surgery in the past I have to be fair and say that although I think the appointment system is badly thought out , my experience this week was very good. Got through to call centre quickly, arranged telephone appointment with GP, got call at allotted time,and picked up prescription 2 hours later. Call centre staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant and Gp was understanding and to the point. They should hold a training day for face to face staff and pass on these skills. It would make for a better and more approachable experience. Well done again and thanks for your help
