There is not a single picture on the wall of this practise, no magazines, flowers plants, comics or toys for the kids, it is downright depressing, white blank walls, a TV that isn't even turned on. Not one bit of niceness about the place. It's like the staff are punishing people for being ill......I will choose to go to a different surgery, if I am ill, fortunately I'm quite healthy most of the time. Not forgetting the miserable voice of the staff who answered my call, I wanted to ask her to put a smiley, happy voice on please as my husband needed advice on a medical problem.

Whenever I’ve had to phone the practice you nearly always have to wait in a queue but that I would think is normal practice nowadays When I do get through I have had good advice have been seen to medically and have been satisfied The staff are polite and good in what they do in this challenging time people need to be patient and understand how hard their job is

I have been trying to ring the practice to sort my appointment out it’s says on Google they open at 8 so I tried to call all I got was busy so I continued to call up to half 8 still nothing then carried on till 9 still nothing I only phoned this early as I have work at 9 so had to stop calling

All I wanted was a message to be pass on to my doctor about a prescription he had given me that the tablets were giving me muscle pain she told me I can’t take your message you have to call in the morning at 8 and make an appointment to see the doctor what a total waist of time

I try calling the minute they open, every time it says “busy”. I try all day, I was instructed by 111 to contact my gp to get checked out & they have a note to say so, yet I can not get in.

3 months ago I went to the GP because my ear hurt and they make an appointment every week and every time I go they send me without looking. they last made an ear cleaning appointment 40 days ago and when I went today they sent it back without treatment. They say they directed me to the hospital, but I've been waiting for 3 months already. I do not believe that they will treat it and send it to the hospital.
