Absolute disgrace of a surgery.. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.. they called me, I missed the call due to being at work.. they left a voicema to say call back urgently.. called back, was on hold for 50 mins, 1st in the queue for 20mins and then 6pm, the call just dropped.. disgusting customer service.. stay as far away as possible from this place.. no heart, no desire in the staff.. treat patients like garbage..

I was with another practice for over 20 years. I found it very hard to get an appointment and get through the receptionists and decided to move to Primrose and cannot praise it enough. I have had a problem for over 3 and a half years. Telephoned primrose and told the receptionist about the problem she said leave it with me and a doctor rang me back within the hour and asked me to go and see him within the next 30 minutes and listened to my problem then recommended a treatment and is on on going treatment. I just want to say a Big thank you to all the staff, nurses and doctors especially the receptionist for their professional help and understanding
