I've just had my 'heart failure review'; it was easily and promptly arranged with an excellent doctor. A blood test was arranged for the following morning at rhe surgery. I had virtually no waiting time for both appointments. An excellent, well run, local surgery which I can walk to.

The worst experience I have ever had in any GP practice. They never respond to emails. Their system to process your prescription is a disgrace and then they even reject your prescription that’s been ongoing for 5 years without even a phone call to explain. You book a telephone appointment with the doctor who never actually dies call you despite calling numerous times to inform them the doctor never called. The doctor still never called and the matter was urgent. I am disgusted by the whole experience and lack of heart or care or even communication.

I raised an eConsult for a skin condition with Primrose Hill Surgery (which usefully allowed me to upload a photo), got a call back from a GP in just a couple of hours, and was invited to an in-peraon appointment a couple of hours after that- enabling same day examination of the skin lesion and decision making for next steps. Rapid, professional, expert service- my thanks indeed to the entire surgery team.

GP told me I had a hostile behaviour and that I was rude when all I wanted was to get treated and listened to. Barely listened to me and told me he had 50 patients to see today. Dismissed my sore throat as if it was nothing and in my head and refused to extend my medication to 3 months even if I was going abroad. The worse part was when he threatened me to put me “off the list”. I didn’t know what that meant but it sounded bad. This practice definitely lacks duty of care. I left it worse and spent my morning crying.

Super friendly and effective practice, staff welcoming and pleasant; very helpful and considerate. My each visit has been booked in advance and scheduled to meet my availability.

I joined the Surgery over 3 years ago and I only have praise for both the Receptionist, Nurses and the GP team who always have been courteous, attentive to one concerns, knowledgeable and highly professional. Although it is a very busy, they try their best to accommodate appointments slot as speedily as possible. My respect to the Surgery over how they managed the safety of their patients over Covid 19 pandemic even up to now.

Doctors are very busy in this surgery , but having a pharmacist working there really takes the pressure of them. The pharmacist is a very kind lady, always there to help almost immediately with a smile. My prescription is always ready in no time !!!

When I get I’ll I get help same day Great Doctor who leads this surgery ,caring ,kind,professional,same Reception staff too always there to help . I’m pleased with my Surgery.
