Just wanted to say how much i appreciate the kind and helpful advisor. Each time i phone for help, even when there are lots of calls clearly being looked after, the helpful and kind approach doesn’t change. Today’s call is an example of how quickly and efficiently i have been looked after. Thank you!!

I have only been with this doctors couple of weeks and the care is outstanding!! Wish had done it long ago! Receptionist are lovely!! I've only seen one doctor but she was lovely sorting test ect.i have depression and anxiety and was sent a survey to fill in how my depression is...never had anything like that from previous doctors!! Feel like I am getting the help now!! I even got to see the doctor on the day I phoned,not a phone call a actually face to face!! Thank you!!

Phoned at 3 minutes past 8 to be told all appointments were gone ,do not believe this for one minute ,system needs to be completely looked at ,this is ridiculous .

I went for a COPD review today after waiting 3 years because of COVID. This in itself shows a lack of care in my opinion for a flu. I had one appt cancelled on the day of my appt then went following week and was 4 mins late due to snow on the roads and my taxi being late. Nurse refused to see me no consideration lack of care. This surgery has the worst reception staff too who often put down the phone while your on the line waiting for them to pick up. Don't recommend anyone going here they're not interested in your health just lazy the lot of them.

found out today that pharmacy no longer takes repeat precriptions from this doctor so we now have to apply online or take to the actual surgery. tried to do it online but found it very differcult to gain access so took a trip to doctors at woodchurch to find the surgery closed. this is making it very differcult for pensioners to obtain their medications. getting very fustrated with this doctors going to make a change if possible. been with this doctors over 20 years and its gone worse over that time instead of better. they dont seem to longer care about their patients.

Rang yesterday and they said ring tomorrow at 8. On hold from 8 till 9.20. My partner rang at 9.15 and was put straight through. Why did they answer his call? He was told that all appointments were gone. I am still on hold at this point. Asked for an explanation, but none came. Was again told to ring back at 8 the next morning. Should have stayed on hold just to see how long it took them to answer.
