Patient and supportive staff members. I was particularly impressed with the nurse's patience in finding the vein to take the blood sample as it is recently become too difficult to find the suitable vein to collect the blood sample from. I really appreciate the support. Many thanks!

The Practice is refreshingly full of people who actually care, the Receptionists are wonderful and get stuff done, I needed a print out of my blood tests, and received this print out right away. The Nurse is very caring and professional, I needed an injection, and the medication was not there, I was given a prescription to pick up the medication immediately, and received my injection in very quick time. The Doctor actually listens to what you know and understand about your own Health and has prescribed medicine that the specialist opthamologist suggested, even though the medicine was not initially available, a very good overall practice

Easy check in, no waiting for my appt. In and out very swiftly and was looked after by the nurse really well. Very happy indeed.

Today 15.05.2025 one of the Doctor called me and discussed my Migraine attack medication with me. She was very caring and helpful. She introduced a few types for migraine prevention, and clarified the side affects and the advantages of the table. And we agreed to try one for a while and see the result. Many thanks

All of the staff at this surgery do their very best to help get the outcome you desire. I needed an appointment to for a severe back ache and reception booked me with the onsite physio who was extremely helpful. The reception staff will direct you to the right clinician for your problem, so you will not be waiting for a long time. I am very grateful for the service I receive from them. Keep up the good work.

I felt listened to and was treated with respect. Follow up action was swift and l was more than satisfied. Doctor ensured l had a follow up appointment before l left the surgery.

Despite the challenge of using the online booking service which doesn't function overnight. I got a prompt response to my email. I got a same day telephone appointment followed by a same day face to face with a GP. Exemplary and timely service A credit to the NHS

I really found the lovely lady on the phone very helpful while helping me look for an appointment and make ends meet she was really kind and patient. The call was around 3.10pm I haven’t asked her for her name but please do find her. Please give this lady a pay rise she’s great :)

The GP i saw immediately took my concerns serious and referred me on to the specialist to get the right treatment for my son's condition. The whole team has been fabulous and the online triage is working excellently well. Got a call back and offered an appointment the same day.
