My experience at the Surgery today was great. The staff members who attended to me were particularly polite, helpful and supportive. I am very satisfied with the excellent service being provided to me in this Surgery. Kudos!

I explained the issue I was having online and was contacted by the surgery and appointment was booked for the same day. Reception was great and doctor examined me and took blood pressure reading and explained the next steps which would be blood and urine test. The receptionist was so friendly and carefully explained how to register using the link on the paper for the tests. I was familiar with the older doctors but it appears this new Gen have stepped in their shoes and tge great service from tge surgery will continue.

The Dr was courteous, introduced himself. I felt comfortable explaining myself on the the issue of my visit. He was patient and took a look and inspection of my skin. I have had this condition going on a number of years . And past treatment was not successful I asked to be referred to see a Dermatologist. He explained that the dermatologist may decline the referral as the care pathway is to be treated by your GP. A picture of the site is to be attached to the referral. He explained the medication that he was prescribing and how to apply..

The GP has got very good acknowledge and been explained to me the way how can I fine the best treatment for my sickness so my GP advice me very well .

Very helpful, efficient and pleasant reception staff. Very nice young gentleman doctor. Thorough and helpful. My only observation is that he said the prescription would be at the chemist "immediately" whereas in fact it took 2 hours. A blip no doubt.

I am very pleased with the services and advice I received from doctors and Nurses over the years especially this year when my health has started to play up. The practice has put health promotion as their top priority and I do appreciate that the team including reception team are trained up to be able to give basic opportunistic health promotion advice that does not necessarily require waiting to hear from a doctor e.g Basic advice about immunisation / screening tests required and due , smoking etc and reminders about due reviews well ahead of time before the routine reminder messages. Well done for this level of commitment to us - your patients. Other practices need to learn from your team.

I have been feeling extremely stressed and out of sorts for a while now I received a very thorough consultation from the Doctor despite the fact that I had multiple concerns to discuss. He listened intently to all my concerns and I left the Surgery feeling heard and taken seriously. This means so much to me because I really don't find it easy to talk about my concerns.
