    I am compelled to share my utmost appreciation for the exceptional care and seamless experience provided by Premier Medical Centre in Wembley. From my initial telephone call to the reception team to my consultation with the doctor, every interaction was nothing short of exemplary. The reception team handled my enquiries with efficiency and empathy, demonstrating a genuine commitment to patient satisfaction. They were courteous, attentive, and ensured that I felt valued and supported throughout the process. Moreover, my consultation with the doctor was great. Their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach reassured me and instilled confidence in the care I received. They took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, provided thorough explanations, investigations ordered, and tailored a treatment plan depending on the outcome of the investigations specifically to meet my needs. Their dedication to patient well-being was evident, and I left the appointment feeling empowered and informed. Furthermore, the practice's seamless coordination between the reception team and the medical staff contributed to a stress-free experience. The practice environment was welcoming, organised, and conducive to healing, reflecting the team's commitment to excellence. I am immensely grateful for the exceptional service provided by PMC. It is evident that every member of the team is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care, and I feel fortunate to be a patient under their care.     Some receptionists are extremely rude. Even you are 1st on the line and they have appointments, they do not give you appointment. I asked for an appointment with GP for my mum as she has complex medical conditions but they said first you have to speak to pharmacist and they will give GP appointment if required. I never knew GP appointments are now triaged by pharmacists. When I requested GP appointment again, she said I was rude. Another day, my dad called for appointment for my mum with some new symptoms. He was told- she had appointment last week with the GP, why did you not tell the GP then. He told her these are new symptoms and can you now give her GP appointment, the Receptionist said he was rude and even documented it on the notes. Over the years, quality of service has declined so much. I hope you train your receptionists to be considerate and empathetic.

    I visit the surgery for my daughter.... The receptionist was very helpful and the doctor I have seen today was also competent and kind. I will definitely recommend this GP practice. Thank you

    I was having severe back pain, my appointment was booked for the same day, doctor was very helpful and very supportive, prescribed Strong painkillers. I would definitely recommend this GP surgery to all.

    I was able to book an urgent appointment, get diagnosed by the doctor and pick up my prescription on the same day. Both the reception and doctor were very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.
