Needed a screening appointment, rang and spoke to the very helpful receptionist, booked appointment for the following day. Attended the appointment and received outstanding service again. Really friendly practice nurse who put me at ease. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Kindness and compassion was evident throughout. This is a first class service, thank you.

I have moved around quite a lot and been with many GPs surgeries over the years but I’ve found Poundbury Surgery outstanding! I have nothing but praise to offer. The staff are always helpful and kind, and I have always been able to speak to, or see, a doctor if I’ve needed to. I can’t thank them enough!

Quick and efficient flu and covid vaccination clinic appointment. Lovely smiley and informative staff. We feel very lucky to be registered with such a brilliant practice. Thank you to all the staff, setting up, organising and running these clinics on their weekends. We are extremely grateful, thank you
