The receptionists were amazing at triaging in the morning. They listened to my symptoms and acted fast to ensure I was able to see the GP. This led to a quick diagnosis of my illness and I am now on a treatment plan and booked in for surgery for a life changing illness.

I have been able to have two consultations in two days. The doctor in attendance for both consultations was gently spoken and put me at ease to discuss sensitive issues. He prescribed medication for each issue and also made arrangements to see a specialist.

I can not believe how efficient and caring the staff are at this practice are. The systems they have in place are working beautifully due to people who are behind them. We have only recently moved to this practice and we are amazed at the level of care they offer. A huge thank you to all it means so much to know we're in your capable hands.

This surgery have the most caring, efficient staff. We have recently moved to Portway and I cannot believe how wonderful everyone has been. There are follow up phone calls with the most delightful staff who are friendly and professional. Thank you to everyone your systems only work so well because of the people behind them.

Always getting the best service possible. Yes, they are busy and under the pressure- however, anytime I need a review, an appointment, or chat with pharmacist- I'm always getting what I need. They meet my needs, they provide an advice, always involve me in the decision. I feel well looked after, valued, listened to and I know they are always here to help. Thank you indeed- Doctor, pharmacist, receptionist, all the professionals I meet and who make this service possible

Last few weeks I am suffering from fungal problem, doctor prescribed antibiotic twice, today antibiotic ear spray but all the examination is done on phone, I am not sure why Doctor feel shy to see the problem in person. They call me and prescribe antibiotic.
