    Attending review for high blood pressure medication I asked the nurse to take my blood pressure - “I don’t have time in this appointment. You need to book another one”. She explained if it’s high I would have to sit there for 15 mins. Advised to use the machine in Reception or take it at home. I declined both options as I’m not a professional practitioner. Considering the purpose of my medication I find it staggering that my blood pressure wasn’t taken. Also, should I have chosen to book another appointment isn’t that duplication of my and the nurse’s time. Booking an appointment online is a mine field and frankly one that I do not wish to navigate and contact by phone is just as frustrating. My entire appointment lasted 30 seconds!! I am disappointed that my overall feeling of Three Chequers Medical Practice is that they are trying to put as many obstacles in your way to stop you seeing any kind of medical practitioner in a timely manner. Having been a patient there for nearly 40 years I find this extremely unsatisfactory.

    Went to see nurse for an annual review, was out in less than 10 minutes, very professional, didn't feel anything from blood test
