I love the doctors and nurses at the practice, every time I or my children needed to see them they did great jobs, but now I have been trying to get an urgent referral for my son to a skin clinic and nobody replies to my emails. Since August 7th I repeatedly try to get in touch with the practice and nothing happens. My son's hands and feet are bleeding and the word "urgent" does not seem to help in the subject line. Very frustrating.

As an adult, I normally hate blood test , but the doctor there is so helpful. I barely felt it when she inserted the syringe into my vein. Thank you so much ! She also helped me to have a body check as she understood how hard it is for a professional to get time off work for another appointment .

I am so impressed with the care at this practice from all the staff and doctors. They go above and beyond to be kind and caring and I feel fully supported.

I have requested the link to my medical records 3 time by phone with a complete failure to be provided despite the promise to send an email with the link. Today I did a blood test the nurse accompanied me to the receptionist to make sure I get the link. The receptionist promised to send an email with link but that never materialised for the fourth time!
