Incredibly unhelpful staff and appointment system that is not fit for patients’ needs. Third party provider dealing with calls and all they offer is to fill in a form on the patient's behalf. GPs only communicate in writing once initial contact has been made and even if a call back is requested to provide further information or receive an update about a referral that was made incorrectly. GPs claim patients are contacted when no calls were made. Reception staff provides incorrect information, which leads to further delays and unnecessary anxiety. Registered with another practice after experiencing one issue after the other within the first few weeks of being a patient. I definitely do not recommend registering with this practice.
