    Husband very unwell phoned at 8.15 doctor phoned back at 8.45 appointment arranged for 11am when we went in husband put on nebuliser straight away and ambulance called at derriford husband was treated for pneumonia and we were told he would not have made it if we hadn’t had got to hospital when we did many thanks to all of you hope you continue to be a surgery in your own right you are fabulous words can never say enough well done

    Rang surgery at 1030am. Sent questionaire immediately. Delivered sample by 1130am. Phone call from Doctor pm. Prescription collected before end of day. Much alarm generated in the press made us fearful and reluctant to bother our GP. Need not to have been so as problem dealt with in timely and effective manner. Thank you.
