    My experience of the practice is great. I find their econsult system great. Reply is prompt and often over text which fits well with my lifestyle. I think their approach to digital consultations and balance with face to face assessments is very good. Would strongly recommend the practice to friends and neighbours.

    One particular doctor here is absolutely amazing..literally everything you could want in a GP. They are so knowledgeable and so lovely too..I don’t know how I would have got through my menopause without them.

    Front desk personnel can deal with patients with a better attitude. If they don't want to do the job perhaps look for something else and leave it to people who can be more courteous. Our taxes pay NHS salaries. Knowledge on procedures and services available are rather poor. Training needed.

    The system for getting a face to face appointment is very bad as you need to fill out an online form and then there is no guarantee of even getting one. The staff were extremely rude when I queried the system after having a medical issue for several weeks which has gone untreated and become worse. Good luck.
