I was able to easily book my appointment and see the doctor who helpfully referred me to the hospital. I received a follow up appointment which explained the results for me. Overall a very good expoerience

My doctors appointment today resulted in me making an additional appointment at reception to see a nurse and being helped by dispensary staff. My entire experience could not have been better, irrespective. (Please be advised, my response to the last question would ideally be N/A).

The reception staff are always caring, they are busy but never too busy to help you. They are polite and know what to suggest in different situations. The nurses are very gentle, they are kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The GPs are often booked up in advance, but if you really need to see one, there is always a space - I cannot recommend this surgery and all of the staff highly enough. Thank you!!

Initially contacted online and contacted back promptly followed by highly efficient service from reception, clinical staff and secretaries regarding referral. Very happy with level of service received from all staff members.

Review titled Repeat Presriptions

Why it that you can only get 28days pills on a repeat prescription - thats not been a full months. Our local GP Surgey is now so busy as lots of new housing in the past 10years plus staff shortages. Repeat prescriptions now need to be ordered 10days in advance. If pescriptions could be for 2 months supply it would cut this delay, assist everyone and save on staff costs. But apparently, no, we are all in severe danger of causing harm to ourselves if we were given 2 months supply. Really ??

Earlier this year I had reason to contact Pocklington Group Practice regarding 3 minor issues. The service I received was swift, professional and accurate. The GPS seen in person or spoken to on the phone, the tests, the receptionist and pharmacists all provided a friendly quick and professional service.
