Every visit to my Dr's is wonderful no matter who I see and for whatever I am there for everyone is wonderful. I have a new diabetic nurse (maher) and she is so wonderful I am normally not good with people but this nurse makes me feel comfortable and able to talk about how I am feeling. My husband just joined the practice and has never experienced such a great service that get things sorted so quick. I will always recommend this practice I have been here all my life and never had an issue.

Been a patient here for 14 years, Pleck has a great team of nurses and Doctors. Always patient, professional, and always listen to your needs. Only thing that let's it down is the odd reception staff who can be rude.

Very quick very efficient well explained didn't hurt in any way explained all to me what was being sent off to check very lovely lady treated me made me feel at ease .which is very rare these days

I was very happy with my doctor, my daughter wasn’t well. He was very kind and caring towards her. He also reassured me and went through everything with me. As well as reassuring me and reassuring my daughter, I felt he was very kind and patient towards her. He tried his best to talk to her at her level, and even offered her a couple of stickers which I thought was really thoughtful. I found him very supportive, and any questions I had, he offered me advice and eased my anxiety. Very pleased mummy and daughter. As a mother it’s hard seeing your child unwell, however the doctor reassured both of us and was very gentle with my daughter when he was doing his medical checks. All the staff at the centre are always so kind and caring towards me and my daughter. They always smile and make us feel cared for. This includes the nurses, reception team and other various doctors.

I was referred to have a knee injection at the pleck health surgery Walsall by my gp Collingwood health centre. The doctor who did the procedure was very professional, helpful, kind ,considerate and the staff on arrival were very polite and helpful. Thank you

I phoned the Surgery to ask about a Paper Copy of a Sick Note for my Wife, which I was told could be collected before 12 But as I was talking to the Receptionist she rudely put the telephone down. This was very rude and bad manner, and not very good practise.

I have been trying to book in for an appointment here for more than 2 months. I'm asthamtic and I had to call in emergency as I didnt have the medicine that I needed after that I sitll have not been able to get an appointment. When I tried calling in 8 am one time receiptionist was very rude to me told me to call 999 instead. Then I tried going to the GP to just get my medicine (inhaler) receiptionist was like we cant do anything you have to call in even though they dont give any appointments. Today I was 5 minutes late for my appointment which I got they told me I will have to rebook.
