    Made a patchs recommendation. Absolutly shocking service. Received a call to explain i have been prescribed sometjing for dizziness when my issue was blocked ears. I tried asking questions and the phone just cut off. Shocking and appaling

    I rang last week in regards to a problem I’ve been dealing with, the receptionist on the phone was so lovely and patiently talked me through how to request medication online, I believe her name was masalfa (apologies if I’m wrong), the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and it seemed like a very nice practice. Perfect for the local area especially with the elderly community

    I rang on Tuesday regarding my health issues I have been having for more than a month. I wanted the doctor to read my condition as it hasn't improved but the way I was talked to wasn't the greatest as the receptionist kept saying I haven't read your history a couple times. I then said to her read my history she goes she hasn't looked at it. I didn't feel she was very helpful at all with me and then I started to feel really sad and intimiditiaded because she wasn't listening to my problem as it was going on for a long time and it was affecting my daily life. I told the receptionist someone rings the doctors for a problem which they would want it to get solved.

Management will listen to this call and deal with it appropriately if there is need to do so.     I had an appointment with a young lady She was absolutely brilliant helped me with my medication. Also did my bloods and she was very gentle I didn’t feel anything. I will definitely be coming back to have my bloods done from her again.

    Had an appointment with the lovely nurse she explained everything to me not like the other nurses. she was very gentle when she did my bloods. I would definitely recommend her again.

    While the practice still has improvements to be made, I am still a patient here because of the PA who has really changed the way the practice operates. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly - very caring which is what you and family members need. If it wasn’t for the PA, I would have left the practice as a patient a very long time ago. One particular example of the excellent work by the PA recently is that I was extremely unwell and the PA sent me urgently to the A&E after which I was admitted to the hospital for a few days. The hospital said it was a good job I had arrived when I did. Forever grateful for the PA. Keep up the excellent work!!

    Had a flu virus and I was seen by aGP on the day I called in. My prescription was available at my pharmacy by the time I returned home. My plaudits to both the clinical and managerial staff members.

    I asked to see the Dr and was given an app with him as per my request even though he was fully booked! As always I received great service from the Dr and if a referral is needed it’s done with immediate effect… 5* service

    I have found Reception staff, Doctor's & Prescribers at this practice to be very helpful, whenever I have had to see or interact with them. Recommend this Surgery!

    Went for an appointment, was a few mins late. No one on the front desk, could hear staff laughing away in back. Topic of conversation was inappropriate, glad my children were not with me. After waiting several minutes a girl came to the desk & after checking my details had the audacity to say I may not be seen as I was too late. After she checked with nurse I was told I would be seen & gave me a lecture on so called dna policy & how I should het here on time. Nurse I saw was fantastic. Management, please teach your front of house some manners, basic compassion & some basic customer service skills as it's clearly lacking.
